WeAreOne.World - better known as the organizer of Tomorrowland - chose Solufak to furnish the meeting rooms of their offices in the former gendarmerie barracks buildings in the Sint-Andrieswijk. In addition to their office building, the restaurant Mesa in the Kloosterstraat was also equipped with the very latest AV techniques.

OFFICES
Key words for the design of these new offices: optimal image quality combined with ease of use, an excellent sound experience and perfect integration into the room.

The 5 meeting rooms have been equipped with 49" LG flat screens. Super flat display wall mounts by Vogels were chosen to install these screens in the wall cabinets, which were specially designed for the customer. To facilitate the brainstorming sessions, LG interactive touch screens were chosen.

A Modero S Touch Panel was attached to the door of each meeting room. In combination with GoBright's roombooking system, everyone has a clear insight into the availability of the meeting rooms.  The rooms can easily be booked on the spot or via the Outlook calendar.

Ultra-compact 2-way ventilated ceiling speakers ensure optimal sound reproduction, without the speakers being prominently present.

Solufak has installed a Zebrix digital signage solution in the lunch room and at the coffee corner. This not only allows the customer to communicate useful information to the staff, but there’s also a possibility to show “fun items” like live Twitter reactions or Instagram posts.

RESTAURANT MESA
For an optimal sound experience at club level, an audio distribution via JBL speakers in the basement and restaurant Mesa was chosen.
Music sources and/or microphones can easily be connected using the Separate ALINP control panel. The connected music source and microphone have an individual volume control.
