Solufak has equipped all the meeting rooms of the Brussels hotels within this international group with the latest presentation and meeting solutions consisting of sound, meeting and projection equipment. We would like to thank Thon for the confidence they have shown in this extensive installation!

In most hotels, the different rooms can be used individually or combined. The small to medium sized meeting rooms are equipped with displays ranging from 55 to 84 inches. In the larger rooms, which are mainly used for presentations to larger groups, large-screen projectors with excellent light output have been chosen. In combination with the electrically operated projection screens, the participant at the back of the room also has a perfect view.  The projectors are mounted to the ceiling using high-quality Vogels brackets. In order to be able to present wirelessly, the Barco Clickshare solution was chosen.

Because good audibility is essential for meetings and conferences, an audio system with Bose front and ceiling speakers and amplifiers was chosen in combination with wireless microphones and Sennheiser mobile forum microphones.

Switching on the projector, screens and microphones, dimming lights, etc. is done via a simple to operate Crestron touch panel. Thanks to the custom programming, these rooms and their many possibilities remain easy to use.

In some rooms, screens on a mobile base were used, making them multi-purpose.
