TOTAL SOLUTION IN COMBINATION WITH STAND-ALONE EQUIPMENT
Solufak has equipped all meeting rooms in the Brussels hotels within this group with the latest presentation and meeting solutions, including audio, conferencing, and projection equipment.
In most hotels, the various rooms can be used both individually and combined. The small to medium-sized meeting rooms are furnished with displays ranging from 55 to 84 inches. For the larger rooms, primarily used for presentations to bigger groups, high-brightness large-screen projectors were chosen. In combination with electrically operated projection screens, even participants seated at the back of the room have perfect visibility. The projectors are securely mounted to the ceiling using high-quality Vogel’s brackets. For wireless presentations, the Barco ClickShare solution was selected.

Because clear speech intelligibility is essential for meetings and conferences, an audio system was chosen featuring Bose front and ceiling speakers and amplifiers, combined with wireless microphones and mobile forum microphones from Sennheiser.
The activation of the projector, screens, microphones, dimming of the lighting, etc., is controlled via a single easy-to-use Crestron touch panel. Thanks to custom programming, these rooms remain user-friendly despite their many capabilities.
In some rooms, screens on mobile stands were used, making them versatile and multi-functional.
