Project notes can be easily saved and shared with colleagues.
It is also possible to display content from laptops and smartphones on the Flip display via HDMI, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi.
CBRE Belgium recently moved to state-of-the-art offices at Boulevard de Waterloo 16 in Brussels. In this iconic six-storey modernist building, the globally active real estate consultant occupies the top three floors. The top floor will be entirely reserved for formal and informal meetings.
As CBRE advises its corporate clients on the design of their future offices and workplaces, its own offices were of course a model example of efficiency and well-being at work. It goes without saying that cable management, controls and high-end pro-AV solutions had to be cleverly and creatively integrated into office furniture and spaces.
For CBRE, high-end pro-AV brands such as Samsung and Cisco have been a fixture for years. That's why the CBRE Workspace Department was looking for a pro-AV partner with extensive audiovisual knowledge who, from concept to finish, could guarantee a professional integration of these AV brands. Solufak enthusiastically developed and coordinated the entire audiovisual component.
Pro AV displays, autonomously configured
Samsung Pro AV displays were chosen because their sleek design perfectly matches the new CBRE office landscape. The meeting rooms were equipped with QM screens which, thanks to their anti-reflective properties, contribute to the daily comfort of the many users. In addition, digital signage screens in various formats were also distributed across the different floors to facilitate communication with visitors and colleagues.
All Samsung displays were also configured autonomously, without the need for external control systems.
Efficient (video) conferencing
In several meeting rooms, videoconferences can be organized using the CISCO Room Kit solutions.
The "QUAD cam" camera automatically tracks the person speaking.
The other small meeting rooms and huddle rooms are equipped with an all-in-one plug-and-play video conferencing solution from DTEN. The interactive LED collaboration display is optimized for use in Zoom Rooms. Lighting, image, and audio automatically adjust to the conditions in the meeting room. With the ability to digitally “whiteboard,” this is the ideal meeting solution.
A CRESTRON touchscreen was mounted on the outside of each meeting room.
Through integration with a Fusion server, users can check room occupancy, book a meeting room, or find an available space.
Impressive LED walls
Thanks to the modular way of assembly, LED walls offer numerous possibilities. Creative thought was given to this during the concept phase, taking into account the possible applications and spaces. In what CBRE calls the "pitch-room", this resulted in an impressive Samsung IF LEDwall with a special format. Various images can also be visualised at the same time, which is an eye-catcher in format for customers and visitors alike. The audio quality of the BOSE audio equipment (amplifier and loudspeaker), in combination with Sennheiser microphones and BIAMP audio processor, also enhances the wow effect of the LED wall.
