Alongside the E40 motorway, near the Oostkamp exit, Global Estate Group developed "O-Forty", an ultramodern Business & Meeting Center with office space for more than 800 employees. The first companies moved in in January 2021, followed by the opening of the Meeting Center and the O-Food bar beginning February.
Next to office space, there was also a clear need for state-of-the-art meeting and videoconferencing rooms, training and coaching rooms. In collaboration with our IT partner Connectify we took care of the installation and integration of audiovisual equipment in the meeting rooms.
The meeting rooms are equipped with professional LG 4K LED monitors varying from 55" up to 98”. Thanks to the wide viewing angle of these displays, every participant has an optimal visibility. These LED monitors are mounted with Vogel's wall brackets at the ideal viewing height.
If more interactivity is needed during presentations or trainings a 4K Samsung Flip touchscreen can be added. All created or modified content can easily be shared to all participants.
Every presentation or other content can be streamed wirelessly via the Airtame 2 . This compact dongle is easy to connect - simply use the HDMI to connect to the display or projector. No more hassle with cables. In addition to the possibility of sharing the screen, this solution can also be used for digital signage applications.
The videoconferencing rooms are equipped either with Logitech Rally Plus or Poly Studio.
Logitech Rally Plus delivers razor-sharp video and excellent colors. Using AI, human perception and automated PTZ, Rally adapts to meeting dynamics and focuses the camera on the persons speaking. The Rally speakers deliver crystal-clear, room-filling sound with very low distortion and ensure that every voice is heard clearly. Thanks to the clean, industrial design, this solution is very suitable for these professional environments.
Poly Studio is a business-class solution for everybody working in a huddle room or small meeting room, by which you can see and hear everyone clearly, and converse naturally,
In the central room, an Epson laser projector is ceiling mounted with a suitable Vogel's bracket. In combination with an electrically operated 140" projection screen from Projecta and Biamp speakers optimal ound and image reproduction is guaranteed. The projector, screen and audio are operated via a Crestron touchscreen. Sennheiser wireless headset microphone is at the disposal for a speaker to use during presentations in this central room.
