Search, find and reserve a working space or meeting room

With our digital "Meet, Work and Visit" solution, the employer can determine in advance which workspaces or meeting rooms are available or not, taking the social distancing rules into account. This makes it easier for employees to book their workspace or meeting room  With the app, this can even be done from any location, at any time.  This avoids overcrowded offices and non-essential travel.

  • Meeting rooms
    Available rooms will be shown in the room booking tool. If you need to install a limited capacity, or when cleaning is needed you can also indicate this in the portal.
    At the entrance of the meeting room itself a sleek display will light up green or red depending on availability or purple when cleaning is needed.


  • Workspaces
    With this tool you determine the desks that can or can’t be occupied. The desks themselves have a ‘Connect’ built-in that shows, with different LED colors, whether a desk is available (green) or occupied (red). A very important color has recently been added to this, purple. Purple stands for ‘Needs Cleaning’.


  • Reception area / entrance
    For multi-level office buildings with various meeting rooms you can install a display at the entrance of reception area that shows the actual occupation of all rooms in one overview. It also visualizes in which direction the meeting rooms are located and which upcoming meetings are planned. In this way customers, guests and visitors know immediately where to go to and non-essential movements are avoided.


Optimization of office space 

The reporting tool gives you insights in the occupancy rate of the workplaces and meeting rooms. This may show you e.g., that less “permanent” workplaces are needed but more flex-desk, huddle rooms or meeting rooms. In brief, with these data you can optimize office space and efficiency and decrease overall costs.
