As of 01/01/2021 Solufak is part of the EIFFAGE GROUP
A new year is the perfect time to reflect on the past, very special year. We would like to thank our customers for giving us their confidence and doing business with us. We also thank our suppliers for their service continuity and support.
A new year is also a chance to welcome a fresh start. And at Solufak we take this very literally. We are pleased to announce that as of 01/01/2021 Solufak is part of the EIFFAGE GROUP. This operation is part of the expansion and growth strategy of Solufak initiated by Alain and Fabian in 2012. Being part of this large and stable group will enable us to expand our client portfolio and to professionalize even more our services.
The Eiffage Group combines the stability and strength of a large international group with the flexibility and proximity of its subsidiaries. Within this group, Solufak will maintain a high degree of implementation and decision-making autonomy, allowing us to focus on further growth and development.
The daily business for you as a customer or supplier will not change. Your contact person within Solufak , the VAT details, the invoicing and delivery address remain the same.
If you have any questions regarding this, please don’t hesitate to contact Alain Hoskens or Fabian Charpentier at +32 2 304 25 40.
